Antonette Tudela Labausa​

Antonette Tudela Labausa is a Chamorro woman from the CNMI. She is a devoted cultural practitioner, skilled athlete, and compassionate mental health advocate.

As a cultural practitioner, Antonette preserves and promotes traditional Chamorro shell carving, creating intricate and beautiful pieces that showcase her passion for her cultural heritage. In the realm of sports, Antonette has earned multiple medals in weightlifting competitions. Her dedication and perseverance as an athlete have inspired other women to compete in weightlifting and break through social stigmas against women in sports.

As a Behavioral Health Specialist with the CNMI Public School System, Antonette provides vital support to students, promoting emotional well-being and resilience. Her compassion and empathy in her work have created a safe and nurturing environment for students to thrive.

Through her diverse pursuits, Antonette embodies the values of strength, resilience, and community, continuing to inspire others to pursue their passions and make a lasting positive impact.
