FAHA Digital Media is officially soliciting proposals in the form of regrant applications by CNMI-based/resident storytellers to conceptualize, develop, create, produce and film three-piece film series (each film shall be at least three minutes and up to five minutes long) or one short film (up to 15 minutes long) that showcase the unique life, culture, history, language, and/or nature of the Northern Marianas.
